Blogging is everywhere on the net. It has become the best way for anyone with a special interest to give their two cents. Many part time bloggers eventually want to step up and make blogging a full time endeavor. Which begs the question. Can blogging bring in enough money to replace what you get from your full time job? Or, can it bring in more than you currently make now?

These are questions that depend on many different factors.

1. One question would be if you like your job and are satisfied with the way your career is going. If you enjoy your career than there is no reason why blogging can’t just be a satisfying hobby. It could be a good supplement to your income.
2. Is your blog in a unique niche that no one else is doing, or are you competing with a lot of blogs that deal with the same niche? Finding a niche that has little people blogging about it is a good way to get more traffic. Less competition.

If you want to go full time with your blog, a good idea would be to work your blog part time. Then when you start to have some success with traffic to your site and are pulling in some good money you can call it quits with the job. It would definitely take a leap of faith to completely quit your day job. Its important that what you write about is something you genuinely like or love. Don’t write a blog about something you don’t like just because the keyword gets a lot of hits from the SERP.

So is blogging easy money? If you do something you enjoy and write content often you can make a decent living from things like adsense and affiliate marketing. It all depends on you and how serious you take it. Later.
