Miva is a 2nd tier ppc search engine. They offer ppc advertising at a very competitive rate. Often at several times cheaper than what can be achieved using Google Adwords. This could also be used to send traffic to a site containing advertising at a higher price(arbitrage). Right now Miva is offering a $25 free credit for new account sign-ups.
